"Affirming care in a compassionate and validating space."

Honoring Your Journey

This practice strives for an integrative and holistic praxis and specializes in helping people with marginalized identities from an anti-oppressive framework. There is a strong focus on de-stigmatizing mental health care. It is rooted in ancestral knowledge and traditional healing and aims to break intergenerational cycles of violence and trauma. Various principles of social justice continuously inform the work done here, specifically: healing, restorative, gender, disability, body, language, and environmental justice. It is also guided by perspectives of feminism, intersecting identities, pleasure activism, queer theory, and HAES (Health At Every Size), to name a few.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life,  a full life, a sane life, that is a door.” -Clarissa Pinkola Estés

If you have found your way here, there are things that are ready to be seen and tended.  It is an opportunity to dive deep and courageously face truths to help you move forward. Together we work to unburden the emotional weight you carry. We compassionately examine and rewrite the the narratives that keep you stuck. We will find ways to resource you in order to bring more ease to navigating life's challenges. Is this what you've been seeking? Let's talk.
